Three tiers · One system

Which way in is right for you?

Two of these run on the national public data USDOL publishes, and each answers a finite question well. The third runs on your own data. Every card below shows what it runs on, what it costs, and how long it takes to start.

Not sure where to start?

Answer a question or two and we'll point you to the tier that fits. No form, no email.

Three tiers

Question 1

What do you most want to do?

Commercially available off the shelf

You are buying software, not starting a project.

FutureWorks BI is commercial off-the-shelf software. It is not a custom build, a data warehouse project, or a systems integration. There is no solicitation to write and no new vendor to onboard. It is available through IT resellers that already hold contracts with many states. For many agencies that turns this into a purchase order against a vehicle your procurement office already competed. Which vehicles cover you depends on your state, and we can tell you in one call.

Pricing scales with the size of your system. For statewide implementations, budget $7,000 to $12,000 per local workforce board per year, sized to how many boards you cover. FutureWorks BI National and Board Matters are included at no additional cost. Implementation runs weeks, not months.

Find out which contract vehicle covers your state

Our recommendation, plainly. If you are a state agency or a local board and you can get to your own data, FutureWorks BI is the one we would put you on. It is the only tier that shows you current performance in time to act, and it includes the other two. Board Matters and FutureWorks BI National are built for a narrower job, and they answer that job well. Start where the problem in front of you actually is.

Whichever you start with, you start a relationship, not a transaction. Our clients stay an average of 11.4 years, and most of them began with one tier and grew into more as the need became clear.

Still not sure? Let's talk it through.

The fastest way to find the right fit is a short conversation. We will point you to the tier that matches where you are, with no pressure to go further than that.
