The ones who stay in the work.

Since 2000, FutureWork Systems has worked a single question: how do you help the public workforce system get real value out of the data it already collects? We have never tried to be a general analytics company. The workforce system is the only world we work in, and that has let us go deep where a broader vendor stays shallow, learning WIOA, the PIRL file, and the daily reality of running a board well enough that our clients never have to teach us their own field.

Exclusive specialization

The product arrives already knowing your world.

That focus is a choice, and we make it on purpose. Because we serve this sector and only this sector, the product arrives already knowing your world. The performance indicators, the cohorts, the reporting logic, the questions a board chair asks, all of it is built in. You are not paying us to learn workforce development on your time.

Partnership track record

It is also why our clients stay.

Our average relationship runs 11.4 years. People do not stay that long with a tool they merely tolerate. They stay because the product keeps earning its place in their work, and because when something is hard, there is someone on our side who already understands the problem. We have worked with state workforce systems across the country.

The team

The ringer you bring in for the hard part.

The best way to describe what you get is the ringer, the person you bring in for the hard part who solves it so cleanly the rest of the team stops worrying about it. Our team has done this for many years. They are workforce data specialists first, and they are reachable, the people who help you read a result, frame it for your board, and decide what to do next.
