Scope note. This policy covers futureworksystems.com, the public marketing site, only. National Dashboards is open with no login required. FutureWorks BI, FutureWorks BI National, Board Matters, the WIOA Impact Report system, and FutureWorks Academy are separate products with their own account systems and privacy terms that take over once you log in, request access, or leave this site for them; this page does not describe them.
FutureWork Systems, LLC ("FutureWork Systems," "we," "us," or "our") built futureworksystems.com to help workforce boards and agencies learn about our products and get in touch with us. This policy covers what we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
Two kinds of information come through this site.
What you tell us. When you fill out a form, request a demo, ask for a quote, request a WIOA impact report, or contact us, we collect what the form asks for: typically your name, work email, phone number, organization or board name, job title, and any message you add.
What your browser tells us. Like most sites, we automatically collect basic technical information as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for this. It tells us which pages are working and which aren't; it doesn't identify you by name.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember basic settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work without them, though some conveniences may not.
How We Use It
Form information goes to our CRM (Salesforce) so the right person on our team can follow up on your request, and so we know which page and campaign a request came from. We use it to respond to you, send what you asked for, and, if you've opted in, keep you posted on relevant FutureWork Systems news. Site analytics help us fix what's confusing and improve what works.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for anything beyond what's described here.
Who We Share It With
Only the vendors that keep this site and our sales process running: Salesforce (CRM), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics. Each is bound to use it only to provide that service to us.
We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, or if needed to protect FutureWork Systems, our clients, or others from harm or fraud. If FutureWork Systems is ever acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that deal; we'll let you know if a different policy ends up governing it.
Your Choices
Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom, or reach us through the contact page and we'll take care of it. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, use Google's browser add-on. To see, correct, or delete information you've submitted through a form here, send us a message through the contact page; we'll respond within a reasonable time, though some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. Reach us through the contact page with any request about the information we hold on you.
Children
This site is built for workforce development professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Forms on this site submit over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect what we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it absolutely.
Changes to This Policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Check back if you want to know what's changed.
