See how you compare, on the data Congress uses.
A 70 percent rate means one thing if your peers are at 60 and something else if they are at 85. Without national context you can only guess. You also cannot see who does better, or what they do differently, and that is the information that would help you improve.
FutureWorks BI National is self-service access to the national WIOA public-use dataset for Title I and Title III, the same data Congress and USDOL use. Benchmark your state or board against any other, and ask why the gap is there.
State workforce agencies can try it before they buy anything.
State workforce agencies can work with FutureWorks BI National for 60 days at no cost. Explore the authoritative national PIRL yourself, with a governed AI copilot beside you. You also get three half hours with our team. Seats are for state workforce agencies only, and we confirm eligibility before we issue one.
The authoritative record, the version everyone agrees on.
The data comes on the public release schedule, so it is older than your own live feed. That is the trade, and in return you get the record everyone in the argument already accepts.
Benchmark across over 550 workforce boards
Compare your state or your board against any other, with several program years of history behind it.
Title I and Title III, complete
The full public-use file, not self-reported summaries, and not a sample.
Self-service, no permission necessary
You do not arrange state data permission and you do not start an IT project. You sign in and start.
Your own views, with a plain-language read
Build and save your own views against the national data. Ask any view what it shows and get an answer adapted to your role. Then push it further with your own questions.
Data current as of August 2026
National data from program year 2021 through the current release.
FutureWorks BI National carries every national data set the U.S. Department of Labor has published since PY2021. Each release adds a rolling four‑quarter period, so the most recent reported period may span two program years.
Complete program years available: PY2021, PY2022, PY2023 and PY2024. Current reported period: PY2024 quarter 4 through PY2025 quarter 3, covering April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. Not yet released: PY2025 quarter 4.
A program year runs July 1 – June 30 and is shown as complete only once all four of its quarters have been released. Because DOL publishes in four‑quarter windows, the current reported period can span two program years.
You are buying a subscription, not starting a project.
National is scoped to your organization and the people who need it, so the price fits your situation rather than a fixed list rate. You do not need permission from your state to use the data, and National sits below most procurement thresholds, so the path in stays short. Tell us who needs access and we will get a quote in front of you.
Who uses it, and for what.
It also shows you where the strong results are. You can see who gets them, learn what they do differently, and put those practices to work in your own system.
Boards and state agencies
Use it to see where they stand against the rest of the country. It also finds the boards and states worth a call about what works.
Associations
Use it to give their members a shared, trusted picture of the system. It also connects the members with strong results to the ones who work toward them.
Researchers, advocates, and providers
Use it as a window into the national system and an entry point into the FutureWorks ecosystem.
If you need your own data, that is FutureWorks BI.
Board Matters and FutureWorks BI National both run on the national public data USDOL publishes, and each answers a finite question well. FutureWorks BI runs on your own data instead: ingested monthly from the case management system you already use, and validated on the way in. It is current enough to manage with rather than report on after the fact. Your agency, every local board and every provider work from the same trustworthy numbers, and National and Board Matters are included.
