FutureWork Systems Announces Director of Client Relations

Lydia Crockett, Director of Client RelationsFutureWork Systems (FWS) announces a new hire in the company’s web-based business intelligence application services; Lydia Crockett joins as the Director of Client Relations.

As the Director of Client Relations, Crockett will contribute to marketing, sales, and product development strategies, but more importantly will be responsible for continual improvement of client service and support. “I am excited to be a part of not only the first but the sole BI application service to address workforce development system’s performance data analytics needs,” Crockett says. “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to advocate for the FutureWork Systems’ clients and product end users.”

Crockett brings over 20 years of workforce development experience with a strong grasp of performance accountability, analytics, process improvement, and strategic planning. Crockett directed services under the Workforce Investment Act and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act with both private industry and at the state level. Her recent tenure included managing the Management of Information Systems for the Louisiana Workforce Commission as well as leading multiagency projects.
